Your main mission will be to contribute to the well-being and fulfillment of residents. You will be valuable support for the nursing home team, creating connection and conviviality with elderly residents. Working in pairs with the team, you will participate in collective activities, organize games and creative workshops, accompany residents individually, organize outdoor outings, do reading activities, and initiate intergenerational projects.
