The volunteer will be present to support gymnasts facing difficulties and help them progress at the same pace as the group. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, welcoming gymnasts, providing support during gym sessions, and participating in club life (galas, internal competitions, etc.). Depending on the volunteer's profile and motivation, the club may consider continuing their role after the service.
