Terre de Sienne works to provide access to art, artistic practices, culture, and leisure for people with mental disabilities. The association offers a cultural support and accompaniment mission. The mission guarantees rights for people with disabilities, promotes their social participation and independence, facilitating integration. Volunteers assist and accompany adults with mental disabilities in artistic workshops including writing, singing, theater, percussion, dance, and cooking, and help with daily independence tasks.
