Help orient users of the Public Finance Center and support them with online procedures. Occasional interventions can also be made with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your actions will promote digital inclusion by assisting users at the Public Finance Center. You will welcome and orient users, provide mediation for vulnerable populations (people with disabilities, non-French speakers), and help with online service use.
