The CNAPS manages issuing documents needed to work in private security. The civil service volunteer will help applicants complete mostly digital dossiers, communicating via email and phone. The territorial delegation participates in regulating and moralizing private security activity by issuing necessary documents. The instruction section processes approximately 15,000 document requests annually. Volunteers will help with these digital requests.
