You will help orient Public Finance Center users and accompany them in online procedures. You may also make occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computer tools. Your actions promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily, you will welcome and orient users at the center, particularly vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable persons, and assist them in using online services through step-by-step guidance.
