Women's football is constantly growing: 2014 saw around 1,000 registered players in Yvelines and 86,000 in the Île-de-France region; 2020 had 2,500 and nearly 200,000 respectively; 2025 targets 3,500. We seek someone committed to continuing the work accomplished in recent years. Your mission: promote diversity, develop women's participation in an optimal coaching environment, and guide women toward leadership positions (club directors, referees, coaches, etc.). You will organize and monitor the women's football development project alongside district staff, and promote women's football within clubs.
