Help orient users of the Public Finance Center and support them with online procedures. Conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations less familiar with computers. Promote digital inclusion by assisting Public Finance Center users and organization visitors. Daily tasks: welcome and orient users, especially vulnerable or less digitally comfortable individuals; assist in using online services for forms and documents.
