Based in Wissembourg in Alsace since 1952, Mont des Oiseaux Special Education Institute (IME) was created to meet pressing needs for caring for children with multiple disabilities. The institute serves children and adolescents with multiple disabilities. Young people mature by engaging in service to the community in direct relationships, gaining confidence and developing competencies. Support residents in daily life by assisting with waking, dressing, meals, and bedtime. Participate in various activities including storytelling, crafts, music, and other programs.
