
You will work at the Paris Court of Appeal in the Central Criminal Records Office, assigned to reception, orientation, and information for users and those involved in justice proceedings. You will be supervised by a mentor. This mission supports public reception in accordance with the Marianne Charter, working 25 hours Monday to Friday during daytime. You will assist with reception, information, and orientation at the criminal records office, improving user experience by facilitating procedures for people in difficulty: people with reduced mobility, elderly persons, pregnant women, people with children, and vulnerable users.
