Combat senior isolation and promote intergenerational solidarity. With your partner and coordinator support, organize game and chat times at senior homes with outdoor walks, participate in residence activities, make calls to isolated and vulnerable people, help deliver home meals, create promotional materials, and lead activities for cognitively affected people.
