You'll lead homework help sessions for first-grade students and recruit volunteers to sustain the program. You'll also participate in an intergenerational project creating a video about local heritage with young people and seniors. Through these missions, you'll encourage volunteer engagement and intergenerational solidarity, welcoming children twice weekly for homework assistance, communicating with parents, and participating actively in all stages of the intergenerational project.
