Le Sycomore promotes shared living between disabled adults and their supporters—volunteers and employees—within 3 homes and day care services. You'll share daily life together and participate in proposed activities. By accompanying people with disabilities, you'll help develop their autonomy as citizens and contribute to a more inclusive society. Within homes welcoming 8 mentally disabled adults, you'll participate in daily life and household tasks, creating a real 'home' for residents and supporting their autonomy, self-sufficiency, and social integration.
