You will help orient users of the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. You will promote digital inclusion by assisting users of the Public Finance Center and participating organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and orienting users at reception, especially vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with technology, and assisting them in using online services.
