Combat recidivism through cultural access for incarcerated people. The volunteer works under a mentor providing professional support and helping develop personal career planning. At mentor request and under DPIP responsibility: communicate individually with detainees about insertion and recidivism prevention actions to motivate participation, help select and develop cultural and recreational activities, and support library coordination.
