Participate in organizing cultural events for KAYA association: Helixfest (metal and skate music), Trad'in festival (world music), and Panorama tour (traveling ecological music events in nature), plus managing a cultural activity venue. Develop skills and responsibility: promote culture for all, create social bonds, learn teamwork and collective engagement, develop openness to cultural diversity. Welcome and engage with audiences, participate in developing cultural projects, ensure mediation and coordination with the association team.
