SIC manages nearly 11,000 housing units and develops social bond policies to improve resident well-being. The volunteer will facilitate exchanges with tenant associations to identify needs and support project development. Activities include meeting associations, surveying needs and projects, and supporting associations. Participate in animating the associative network. Social link staff ensure partnership oversight, association follow-up, and policy implementation. The volunteer brings grassroots presence near associations.
