This mission aims to develop climbing practice, strengthen community spirit and support associative life among members. It promotes access to a supervised, safe and structured sporting activity while promoting values of solidarity, citizenship and engagement. The volunteer provides additional support for existing actions, improves the welcome for practitioners and helps develop projects that volunteers might not have time to undertake alone. Tasks include co-leading climbing sessions alongside qualified instructors, helping with group activities, equipment setup and supporting practitioners' progress.
