You will help guide users of the Tax Administration Center and support them through online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Objectives: Promote digital inclusion by helping Tax Administration Center users and those in partner organizations. Actions: Daily, you will welcome and guide users at the Tax Administration Center, especially vulnerable people (with disabilities, etc.) or uncomfortable with technology.
