You will help direct users of the Public Finance Center and support them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. By promoting digital inclusion, you will assist center users and those at partner organizations. Daily, you will welcome and direct users at the Public Finance Center, particularly vulnerable people (with disabilities) and those uncomfortable with technology, and assist them in using online services.
