You will create social bonds with residents and animate convivial, recreational and cultural moments. You can take initiative and propose new ideas. Help break elderly isolation by fostering social connection, cultural access and civic participation, supporting their autonomy while developing intergenerational solidarity and improving quality of life. Throughout your service, you will be supported by your supervisor. You will participate in animating social and collective life with residents: memory workshops, board games, reading, singing, music, crafts, painting, outdoor activities, intergenerational activities and cultural outings.
