You will help direct users of the Public Finance Center and support them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations in contact with populations unfamiliar with technology. By your actions, you will promote digital inclusion by providing assistance to Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. You will welcome and guide users at the reception, especially vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable people, and assist them in using online services.
