You will help direct users of the Public Finance Centre and support them with online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computer tools. Your actions will promote digital inclusion by assisting users of the Public Finance Centre and partner organizations. Daily activities include welcoming and directing users, particularly vulnerable people or those uncomfortable with digital tools, and assisting with online service usage.
