Mission description

Create social bonds with residents and animate convivial, recreational and cultural moments with opportunity for initiative and new ideas. Break isolation by creating times of exchange and sharing, participate in the social animation of the EHPAD, and encourage resident autonomy and participation. Accompany animators in developing activity schedules and implementing activities within the residence.
