Staff members handle training from a technical and safety perspective. Volunteers will support training activities (distributing documents, taking attendance, collecting parent questions, etc.). The mission allows volunteers to develop an accompaniment role, be supported by staff, and build competencies in inclusive practices: working with diverse members (children, people with disabilities, youth from priority neighborhoods, adults), developing communication skills, and acquiring safety knowledge (supervision of children, safety management).
