La Montgolfière, part of UFSE's work for children, provides family-style care for 30 siblings aged 3 to 12 in the child protection system across three residential units. The organization follows a charter of six values: family-style care, attachment, psycho-educational support, access to health, learning autonomy, and parental support. You will assist with various aspects of the children's care, participate in daily life activities (waking, meals, bedtime, activities), and help support their development and autonomy.
