Support the club in deploying its educational project. Raise awareness among young members about sports values and civic behavior. Under the PEF coordinator's responsibility, help build the annual calendar of educational actions and prepare and lead PEF activities for age groups U6-U19. Organize workshops, quizzes, games, or activities before/after training and during tournaments. Periodically organize initiatives addressing respect, harassment, discrimination, social media, nutrition, environment, or the referee's role, and participate in club civic operations like charitable collections and anti-harassment awareness.
