
You will be assigned to the reception, orientation and information desk of the Juvenile Division. During your mission, you will be supervised by a mentor. The main objective is to enable citizens to complete their necessary procedures. The position is 25 hours per week Monday to Friday. Actions include: directing users to the appropriate services, welcoming the public with courtesy and compassion, listening to user needs, and helping people understand documents.
