This mission takes place in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Bicêtre Hospital for volunteers who will support and improve patients' care pathways. Monday to Friday schedule. The volunteer enhances the hospital's offerings with human and intergenerational support. Welcome, accompany, orient, and comfort family members. Liaise between the care unit and waiting room to organize visits under best conditions (respect isolation protocols, reduce waiting anxiety, avoid interrupting care). Help families with protective equipment requirements.
