You will help guide users of the Public Finance Center and support them through online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Promote digital inclusion by assisting Public Finance Center users and participating organizations. At the Villeurbanne Individual Tax Service, you'll welcome and guide users, particularly vulnerable people and those uncomfortable with digital technology.
