Mission description

Provide educational support to deaf and hard-of-hearing adolescents with associated challenges during daily routines. You'll work 8am-4pm weekdays (8am-1pm Wednesdays) for 30 hours weekly with residents. The facility closes during holidays. This mission lets you concretely support inclusion and social participation for people with disabilities, promoting their autonomy, connection to outside activities, leisure access, and social life while developing your commitment, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
