To strengthen supervision and bring fresh ideas to activities, the club wants to integrate civic service volunteers to support coaching and improve training content, particularly for recreational participants. Volunteers will assist coaches and volunteers, support session supervision, help set up and organize sports equipment, welcome children, and organize fun warm-ups. You will provide reassuring presence to young gymnasts during training and propose complementary workshops to help make sessions more engaging.
