Working alongside receptionists and social workers, SPADA (First Reception Structure for Asylum Seekers) handles registration of asylum seekers and files their applications with OFPRA. Comprehensive social support is also offered. Improve reception of migrants within exclusion support services and volunteer delegations. In this role, the volunteer will: Welcome asylum seekers in accordance with Red Cross values and principles. Listen to those received and connect them with reception staff. Sort and organize incoming mail. Distribute mail and help with understanding it.
