Act as a reference person for the mentoring project and support creating and strengthening mentoring pairs. Propose activities focused on educational aspects and drive volunteer engagement. Combat inequalities and promote youth social participation through AFEV mentoring projects in popular neighborhoods. Implement the mentoring project across territories with all social stakeholders. Organize stands and give presentations at universities and educational centers to recruit volunteers and explain the project.
