The municipality seeks to restore concrete, participatory, and accessible dimensions to exchanges between twinned towns. This mission aims to bring citizens closer to twinning projects and encourage their participation, particularly among youth and local stakeholders. Strengthen animation dynamics around twinnings, engage with residents and encourage participation, propose and test new initiatives, and promote recognition of completed actions. Participate in organizing twinning events including cultural meetings and friendly gatherings, and support the reception of foreign delegations.
