You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and assist them with online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations in contact with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. By promoting digital inclusion, you will support users of the Public Finance Center and other partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and guiding users at reception, particularly vulnerable and digitally reluctant individuals, and assisting them in using online services.
