As a civil service volunteer within the France Pole, your role is facilitating collective life, supporting young athletes, and linking different Pole actors. By promoting social bonds, mutual aid, and inclusion, you help improve young athletes' quality of life and strengthen collective dynamics. Promote sports' civic values: respect, solidarity, engagement, and living together. Support young athletes' welcome, integration, and daily support while promoting autonomy, living together, and family connections with INSEP and coaching staff.
