You'll be welcomed into a team of 15 volunteers and staff at the Red Cross in Rennes, welcoming people in irregular situations without fixed addresses and helping distribute mail in the postal domiciliation service. Objectives include improving migrant welcome within exclusion services. Actions: welcome the public respectfully, evaluate requests, gather documentation with team support, sort and distribute mail, and help people access their rights and social services.
