You will guide users at the Public Finance Center and assist with online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions at organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computers. You will promote digital inclusion by helping users, particularly vulnerable people, seniors, and those with disabilities. Daily tasks include welcoming and orienting users and assisting with online services.
