Within a handball club where 80% of members are young people, you will support the creation of a youth council, give voice to participants, and promote volunteer commitment and sports values. Your mission aims to make young members actors in their association by allowing them to express themselves, propose ideas, and participate in decisions. It also promotes volunteerism, essential to associative life in rural areas, and promotes civic values through sport. You will support creating and hosting a youth council to gather ideas and organize meetings.
