In a 2-classroom school, you support students and staff daily through pedagogy (help with workshops in arts, sports, reading) and ecology (nature activities and green projects including gardens and recycling). Objectives: strengthen social bonds, promote student wellbeing and develop ecological citizenship awareness without replacing the education team. Develop autonomy through concrete, compassionate actions. Actions: support students in tasks assigned by teachers including manipulation workshops, proofreading help, comprehension work; assist teachers in activity implementation, participate in morning welcome, accompany ecological projects.
