Working with the activities and care teams, you will provide presence and support to residents to foster their daily social life and help organize activities and projects with the activities coordinator. Expected to demonstrate listening skills, compassion and initiative while working within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, care assistants, activity coordinators, occupational therapists and psychologists.
