You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and support them with their online procedures. Occasional interventions with organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools may also occur. Your mission will promote digital inclusion by assisting users of the Mantes-la-Jolie Public Finance Center. Daily tasks include: welcoming and guiding users at reception; providing mediation services to guide vulnerable populations (people with disabilities, non-French speakers, etc.); assisting with use of online services.
