Mission description
Welcome the public in person and by phone, participate in mail sorting and distribution, help organize the reception area, and provide information to visitors. Contribute to making services accessible for those unfamiliar with administrative procedures or in fragile situations by creating a warm welcome, fostering social connection, and helping users find appropriate resources.
