The objective is to raise student awareness about eating a varied diet, especially vegetables and legumes, participate in ecological transition, educate about taste and nutrition, and fight food waste in school cafeterias. Working within school meal organizations, the volunteer contributes to ecological transition by raising awareness among kindergarten through middle school students on sustainable eating, organic farming and food waste sorting. The role requires availability three consecutive days weekly from 9am-5pm.
