You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. You may also provide occasional support to organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Through your actions, you will promote digital inclusion by assisting Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and guiding users at the reception desk, particularly vulnerable individuals (people with disabilities, etc.) and those uncomfortable with technology, as well as assisting them in using online services.
