Mission description

Working with volunteers, referees, educators, and leaders, you will promote values transmitted through arbitration: respect, impartiality, fairness, listening, self-control, fair play, and responsibility. Your mission is to establish a sports climate based on respect for rules, people, and decisions. You won't replace educators or referees but will focus on raising awareness, communication, and promoting sports' civic values. Activities include awareness campaigns on the referee's role, missions, and responsibilities.
