The mission enables incarcerated persons to effectively exercise their right to vote, working with penitentiary staff under the responsibility of citizenship referents. Working with penitentiary personnel, the volunteer participates in implementing the effective right to vote for incarcerated persons. Generally, organize or participate in actions promoting citizenship for incarcerated persons on themes such as consultation of incarcerated persons regarding activities and collective expression modes.
