You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Through your action, you will promote digital inclusion by providing support to Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users, particularly vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with technology, and assisting them in using online services.
