You will help guide users at a Public Finance Center and assist them with online procedures. You may conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools (7 positions available across 7 Paris districts). Through your action, you will promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users and partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users, particularly vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with technology.
